Detailed Itinerary - Leh, Nubra Valley & Pangong Lake (5 Nights / 6 Days)
Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is kept free for rest and acclimatization, as Leh is located at a high altitude. It is recommended to relax at the hotel and allow your body to adjust to the climate and altitude.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion along the Leh–Kargil Highway to explore the famous attractions of Sham Valley.
Your sightseeing tour includes:
- Hall of Fame Museum, a museum built by the Indian Army showcasing the history and bravery of soldiers who served in the region.
- Kali Mata Temple, a sacred place visited by locals and travelers.
- Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a revered Sikh shrine built in memory of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Nubra Valley, also known as “Ldorma” or the Valley of Flowers, lies between the Karakoram and Ladakh mountain ranges. Upon arrival in Hunder, check in to your camp and relax.
Later, visit the historic Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest monastery in Nubra Valley, known for its giant statue of Maitreya Buddha. You can also explore the nearby Hunder sand dunes, famous for the rare double-humped Bactrian camels.

After breakfast, drive towards the stunning Pangong Lake via the scenic Shyok River route, one of the most picturesque drives in Ladakh.
Located at an altitude of approximately 14,000 ft (4,267 meters), Pangong Lake is a long and narrow lake stretching over 130 km, with nearly 70% of the lake lying in China. The lake is famous for its crystal-clear waters that change shades of blue throughout the day.
Enjoy the breathtaking landscape and serene environment surrounding the lake. Spend the evening relaxing near the lake and capturing the unforgettable views.
Overnight stay: Lakeside camp at Pangong Lake.
Wake up early to witness the beautiful sunrise over Pangong Lake. After breakfast, begin your journey back to Leh.
On the way, visit:
- Shey Palace, the former royal palace and ancient capital of Ladakh.
- Thiksey Monastery, one of the largest and most impressive monasteries in Ladakh, known for its architecture resembling the Potala Palace in Lhasa.
After sightseeing, continue the drive back to Leh.
