Detailed Itinerary
Leh to Leh Motorbike Expedition (5 Nights / 6 Days)
Upon arrival at Leh Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, take time to relax and recover from your journey.
Since Leh is located at a high altitude of approximately 3,500 meters, the first day is dedicated to acclimatization. We recommend staying well hydrated, drinking plenty of water, and taking a short, gentle walk nearby to help your body adjust to the altitude. In the evening, you may explore the local market and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this Himalayan town.
Return to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast, begin your motorbike adventure with a thrilling ride from Leh to Nubra Valley via the legendary Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
The ride offers spectacular views of snow-capped peaks and dramatic mountain landscapes. As you descend into Nubra Valley, the terrain transforms into a fascinating high-altitude desert with sand dunes and lush villages.
Arrive in Hunder by noon and enjoy a unique Bactrian camel ride across the sand dunes. In the evening, experience local Ladakhi culture through a traditional cultural performance in Hunder. If time permits, you may also visit the historic Diskit Monastery, which offers panoramic views of the valley.

After breakfast, ride through the scenic landscapes of Nubra Valley toward Turtuk, one of the northernmost villages in India and a place known for its unique Balti culture.
Explore the charming village of Turtuk, famous for its beautiful stone houses, apricot orchards, and stunning mountain views. Continue to Thang, the last accessible village near the India–Pakistan border, offering fascinating insights into the region’s geography and history.
Enjoy lunch with scenic village views and take some time to explore local markets where you can purchase fresh apricots and traditional Ladakhi products.

Along the way, pass through Durbuk, a small but important settlement on the route to Pangong. As you approach the lake, you will witness your first breathtaking glimpse of Pangong Lake, famous for its crystal-clear water that changes color throughout the day.

Overnight stay in a homestay or camp near Pangong Lake.

Wake up early to enjoy the spectacular sunrise over Pangong Lake, when the lake reflects beautiful shades of blue and gold. After breakfast, take a short walk along the lakeside and capture some memorable photographs.
Later, begin the ride back to Leh via the high mountain pass Chang La (17,800 ft). This stretch offers thrilling riding conditions with some off-road sections, making it an exciting experience for adventure enthusiasts.
Upon arrival in Leh, the rest of the day is free for relaxation or exploring the local markets.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Leh Airport for your onward journey.

ACCLIMATIZATION & HEALTH ADVISORY
To follow Government SOPs, all travelers must acclimatize in Leh for 48 hours.
• One acclimatization day is included in your package.
