To comply with Government safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs), all travelers are required to allow their bodies sufficient time to adjust to the altitude.
Acclimatization Requirement
All travelers must spend at least 48 hours acclimatizing in Leh before beginning the journey to higher-altitude destinations.

Continue for two days after arrival in Leh.
Always consult a qualified doctor before taking this medication.
Avoid physical exertion during the first two days after arrival.
Stay well hydrated by drinking 2–3 liters of water daily.

Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS)
